The arbitrator, rather than any federal, state, or area courtroom or agency, shall have unique authority to take care of all disputes arising out of or regarding the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or development of these Phrases, like but not restricted to any assert that all or any aspect of such Phrases is void or voidable, irresp
